Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 Account Security

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes, bro178 may require you to complete our KYC verification process. This includes submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bro178 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Available payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits and Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in an alternative currency or via cryptocurrency, conversion to MYR will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. bro178 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. bro178 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

5.4 Deposit Verification

bro178 reserves the right to verify the source of any deposited funds and to delay crediting of funds pending such verification. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements pending. bro178 aims to process withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours; however, processing times may be extended for security verification or during periods of high transaction volume.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a per-transaction and daily basis as specified in your Account settings. Members with VIP status may be subject to elevated limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of funds is subject to: (a) completion of all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds; (b) successful KYC verification; (c) no active investigation or compliance hold on the Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the Member's verified withdrawable balance. bro178 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available by bro178 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each respective offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (ranging from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion) is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion, failing which all uncompleted Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. bro178 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or void any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount and applicable odds — before confirming a wager. bro178 will not reverse or amend any bet after it has been confirmed, except where required by these Terms or applicable regulation.

8.2 Odds & Payouts

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Decimal odds are applied as displayed at the time of bet confirmation. In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bro178 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the event has already concluded.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on the Platform covers football (including the English Premier League, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), combat sports (UFC), basketball, tennis and other sporting events as published. Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the specific combination rules published in the sportsbook section. bro178 follows widely accepted sports betting industry rules for event settlement, including provisions for postponed, abandoned and void events.

8.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games (slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack and others) are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Prohibited Conduct

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: (a) technical failures outside our reasonable control; (b) disruptions to third-party payment services including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow or FPX networks; (c) your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; or (d) force majeure events.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by bro178

bro178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event that: (a) a Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bro178 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) a Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to themselves, other Members or the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed subject to KYC verification and these Terms. Bonus Funds not yet meeting their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which bro178 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Participation in arbitration shall not preclude either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

bro178 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms currently in force is dated 1 January 2026. All previous versions are superseded in their entirety.
